Liverpool Tool Library (LTL) will be like the local libraries we know, but will share DIY tools rather than books. Using a sliding scale membership it will give affordable tool access to everyone; and free access for those who need it. A place to share valuable knowledge and skills. LTL seeks to be a wellspring of tools & knowhow for all.
