Wirral Unplugged offer a unique letter and craft exchange between a child and the magical world to promote wellbeing, screen-free time and creativity. They want to be able to open this up to more children.

What's the project?

#FairyTrollPost is a unique letter and craft exchange between a child and the magical world to promote wellbeing, screen-free time and creativity. Children communicate with a magical being, matched to them through a questionnaire, who celebrates birthdays with them, talks about family and encourages them to share their adventures. Colouring and craft materials arrive by post, and parents receive weekly email guidance and encouragement with simple, short‚ how-to craft videos and daily offline, low-resource, sustainable activity suggestions, such as baking, play acting and outdoor games. #FairyTrollPost is a rare, fantastic opportunity to personalise support for children and their families.

When will the project start?
